Research colloquium on religion

The Research Colloquium on Religion provides a forum for researchers in religious studies at the University of Basel. As such, it serves equally to present qualification projects, to discuss new publications relevant to religious studies and to debate with guest speakers.

In terms of content, the aim is to combine comparative historical and contemporary issues from the perspective of a European history of religion. A special focal area are also questions of theory of religion.
